HUNGARY - 26 November 2002--Goose liver production at the Hake & Lusl farm.-- The geese live freely on the farm until the age of three months. Then the force-feeding period starts, which lasts nearly three weeks. They are fed 3-4 times a day. They consume 1 kg - 2 kg of feed per day.
