BRUSSELS - BELGIUM - 17 JUNE 2008 -- Anne SIPILÄINEN during the COPS meeting in the EU-Council with the Slovenian EU-Ambassor Metka IPAVIC. -- The Ministry for Foreign Affairs has appointed Counsellor for Foreign Affairs Anne Sipiläinen to serve in Finland's Permanent Representation to the EU in Brussels as from 1 August 2007.
