NETHERLANDS / YERSEKE 04, OCTOBER 2001-- The worlds only mussels auction is based in the Dutch village of Yerseke. Fishermen bringing their catch to be evaluated to the auction. One bugget of the mussel catch is checked on unuseable mussels and waste of the catch, mussel size, quantity and finaly the actual quality of the mussel is checked after cooking them.
