If you want to be registered and get access to the database in order to download pictures to be used in your publication, please submit the information as requested below. 

Would you please give a small description of your publication and tell us the password of your choice by filling out the box 'type of use'.

The download system works via ftp or the downloaded images will come to your picture e-mail address (one per mail). If you want to download via your ftp, please submit all the relevant information.

For use of this database please refer to the Terms - none of the pictures is for free.

You need to submit billing address and VAT-number.

COPYRIGHT
All contents of this website www.eup-images.com (EUP & Images, us, the photographers, and the software) are protected by Copyright Laws.
The following terms must be agreed before users are given access to download pictures from www.eup-images.com.
The copyright of all pictures belongs to the photographers and EUP & Images sprl.

DOWNLOADS
Any picture which is downloaded from www.eup-images.com is regarded as a purchased picture for one time use, if no other agreements have been made with EUP & Images.
The client must inform EUP & Images immediately of erroneously downloaded pictures and pictures which have not been published.
The client must inform EUP & Images as to how the pictures have been used by sending a copy of the publication containing the images either by normal mail or as a pdf via e-mail.
For pictures used on the Internet, the user must inform EUP & Images how long they will remain on the website (e.g. one month, two months, six months).
Pictures used on Internet must be not bigger than 72 dpi and max 350 pixels x 240 pixels.
If the pictures are used electronically, a copy of the relevant material must be put on a CD or send as a pdf by e-mail, with information as to where and how the pictures have been used, and mailed to EUP & Images.

ASSIGNMENTS
For special assignments carried out for clients by EUP & Images or its photographers and transmitted directly or downloaded from www.eup-images.com, the client will be able to download all the necessary pictures needed for layout and publication.
Pictures from assignments are for one time use.
 
STORAGE
The purchase of pictures is for single use only and for use in one publication only. The images may not be stored in any way after being used and published. After using the pictures for the purpose for which they were ordered, they must be deleted.
 
PHOTO CREDIT
The credit (EUP-IMAGES / Photographers Name) must always be printed alongside the picture.

PHOTO MANIPULATION
Pictures downloaded or delivered by EUP & Images and the photographers working for EUP & Images may not be manipulated without permission, except for cropping, color and brightness.
 
LIABILITY
EUP & Images and the photographers working for EUP & Images, are not liable for any damages of any kind from using www.eup-images.com or pictures supplied via this website.
The photographers working for EUP & Images and EUP & Images are not liable for breach of any rights held by persons or objects depicted in the photographic material. The client who uses the material is responsible for acquiring the rights to use the photographs.
 
ACCESS CODE
Clients must not pass on their personal access code or pictures from EUP & Images to a third party or store them in any way in their own archives.
